Scott Downs activated from the DL before Wednesdays game
After releasing BJ Ryan, the Blue Jays activated closer Scott Downs.
There is no doubt in my mind that Downs will resume closer duties immediately or as soon as the Blue Jays start winning.
Start him ASAP if you own him.
